Process and Timeline

1.     Purchase and Scheduling: Book your Introductory Briefing Call with our Brand and Innovation Consultant immediately after purchase

2.     Pre-Call Preparation: Receive a Welcome Deck and Questionnaire via email, outlining trend references and brand parameters we need

3.     Kick-off and Collaboration: On our call, we’ll align on style direction, budget bands and re-confirm the 10-day timeline. Work begins

4.     Approval Workflow: We’ll share concept mood boards and drawings for your review. Please aim for 24-hour approval turnaround to keep the project on track

5.     Handover and Presentation: After sign-off, we’ll host a 60-minute Handover Meeting (in person in Dubai or via video call) to walk through designs and next steps for sampling
