What Is a Mountain Mover?
Mountain Movers are passionate volunteers, facilitators, and mentors who partner with our Good Neighbourhood Project to:
- Design and deliver classes, clubs, and training
- Mentor individuals in job readiness, entrepreneurship, and life skills
- Mobilize volunteers for community initiatives

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Workshop Facilitation
Lead sessions on topics like financial literacy, digital skills, or health and wellbeing.
2. Mentorship
Provide one-on-one or small-group guidance for job seekers, entrepreneurs, and youth.
3. Event Support
Coordinate and staff community events, clubs, and volunteer drives.
4. Resource Development
Help create or adapt toolkits, presentations, and digital content.
5. Impact Reporting
Collect feedback and data to measure outcomes and refine programmes.

How to Apply
1. Submit Your Profile
Email us at support@seasoncoop.com with the subject “Mountain Mover Application”, including:
o Your name, role, and organisation (if any)
o Areas of expertise and topics you can facilitate
o Available days/times and preferred delivery format (in-person or online)
2. Interview and Onboarding
We’ll schedule a short call to discuss your interests and share our facilitator training resources.
3. Start Mobilizing
Once onboarded, you’ll receive access to our Resource Hub and be matched with community requests.
