How do I book a service or purchase a product?
Browse our marketplace, select your desired service or product, choose an available time slot (for services), and complete checkout with your preferred payment method to confirm the booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Season Gift Cards. All transactions are processed securely in compliance with United Arab Emirates E-Commerce regulations.
What is your cancellation policy for services?
- Full refund if you cancel ≥2 hours before a booking (please check the cancellations time for businesses)
- Late cancellations (under 2 hours) may incur a penalty fee of the service cost.
What is your refund policy for products?
- Missing or damaged items: Replacement shipped within 3 business days or full refund if you choose, with proof (photo/video) submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Non-defective returns: Full refund if returned unused in original packaging and approved by the supplier; return shipping cost may be deducted.
How do I reschedule a service?
- Free if you reschedule ≥2 hours before your appointment (please check business terms as they may differ)
- 20% rescheduling fee may apply if under 2 hours

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Default credits are instant and cash refunds processed within 7 days for B2C orders
Are there any penalties for no-shows?
Providers may face a 5% penalty payable to the customer plus full refund to the customer.
Customers forfeit credits for no-shows and may face temporary bans for repeated no-shows.
Do you comply with UAE consumer protection laws?
Yes. All fees, refunds, and penalties adhere to Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection) and Civil Code Art. 390 on penalty proportionality.
Can I get help if my issue isn’t resolved?
Submit proof (images/video) within 24 hours for services or 48 hours for products. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to support@seasoncoop.com or the UAE Consumer Protection Department.
