Mentoring House Rules
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is cancelled later than this, the session will be charged. In extreme situations, exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Punctuality
Please join the session on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late, to respect all participants and the mentor’s schedule.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed per booking if notified within 24 hours of the original session time.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the session without prior notice, the session will be charged in full.
Session Preparation
Come prepared with your goals, questions, or topics you would like to cover. This ensures you gain the most value from your mentorship experience.
