Compliance with UAE Law

All cancellation fees, refunds, and penalties are administered in full compliance with:

Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (UAE Consumer Protection Law).

Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (Civil Code, Art. 390: Proportionality of penalties).

Your Rights Under UAE Law

Products & Services

Missing/Damaged Products:

Replacement shipped within 3 business days (B2C) or per contract terms (B2B).

Full refund or replacement (customer’s choice) for defective items. Proof (photos/video) required within 48h of delivery.

Returns (Non-Defective):

Refund if returned unused in original packaging. Return shipping costs deducted from refund value.

Cancellations

Services:

Full refund if cancelled within the lawful notice period (e.g., ≥2h for B2C, ≥24h for B2B).

Late cancellations may incur fees (up to 50% for perishables with documented proof).

Products:

Pre-delivery cancellations: Full refund (processed in 7 days for B2C, 14 days for B2B).

Post-delivery returns: Subject to product policy (e.g., restocking fees for non-defective high-value items).

Rescheduling

Services:

Fees apply for late changes (20% for <2h B2C, per contract for B2B).

Caps apply unless provider proves higher losses.

Products:

Order modifications must be requested before shipment. Post-shipment changes treated as returns.

Unsatisfied Service/Product

Submit proof (images/video) within 24h for services, 48h for products.

Escalate unresolved issues to support@seasoncoop.com or the UAE Consumer

Protection Department.

Faith-Based Fairness

Consistent with our values (Proverbs 11:1 - "Honest scales belong to the LORD"):

No punitive fees only actual costs (e.g., perishables, labour).

Waivers for hardship (illness, emergencies) upon documentation. 

Cash Refunds:

B2C: Processed in 7 days.

B2B: Processed in 14 days (or per contract).

Emirates ID required for refunds >AED 1,000.

Penalties:

Providers: 5% penalty + full refund for no-shows.

Customers: Forfeited wallet credits for no-shows; possible service bans.

Fees displayed before checkout per your Service Agreement.

By booking/purchasing, you agree to these terms under UAE Federal Law No. 2/2002 (E-Commerce).
