Season Brand Meaning
King Solomon tells us in Ecclesiastes that for everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven and everything is made beautiful in its time. That’s what Season Co-op is, it is a season for everything at every time, it is a season for everyone, everywhere, made beautiful in its time.
ECCLESIASTES 3:11 NIV “He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.”
It Started with a Dream
I dreamt I was laying on the back seat of the car looking up through the window at the clouds moving by. And all I could see was huge amounts of water in the sky. So much water it looked like the bottom of a glass bottom boat or like the reflections of swimming pool with ripples illuminated against a wall. And I was in awe! In awe of how incredible God’s creation is. He literally put water in the sky above our heads! I woke up with so much excitement and joy. I told my sister, about my dream and she immediately thought of Ecclesiastes 11:3 which says, “when clouds are heavy, rain comes down”. Clouds are just that, vessels of water that pour rain when they are full representing blessings in the bible. It reminds us that Jesus is living water and when we are filled with Him, we become vessels of blessings. God wants us to partner with Him and invest in His kingdom, that’s why He wrote eternity on our hearts. Our impact here on earth is eternal; like King Solomon said, everything else is meaningless. This is the moment Season Co-op was born; it was born as a vessel for believers to be blessed and to be a blessing to others, a vessel to serve.
ECCLESIASTES 11:1 – 6 NIV “Ship your grain across the sea; after many days you may receive a return. Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight; you do not know what disaster may come upon the land. If clouds are full of water, they pour rain on the earth. Whether a tree falls to the south or to the north, in the place where it falls, there it will lie. Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap. As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things. Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well.”
