What types of support can I request for my community?
Our Mountain Movers deliver Workshops & classes (e.g. financial literacy, job-seeker coaching), Clubs and mentoring programmes, Volunteer mobilisation for local projects and more. Visit our Mountain Movers Page to learn more.
How do I apply for community support?
Submit your request via our Neighbour Support Form or email support@seasoncoop.com. Include your: Organisation name and type, Location, Brief description of your neighbourhood needs, Preferred delivery format (in-person or online)
Is there a cost for these services?
Most programmes are free or subsidised through our community fund. We will flag any nominal fees during the needs-assessment stage – no surprises, we are thorough in our planning, delivery and communication
What is the review process and timeline?
Acknowledgement: Within 2 business days of your application
Needs Assessment: 5 to 7 business days to propose a programme
Delivery Scheduling: Based on your availability and our calendar
Can I co-design custom programmes?
Absolutely. During needs assessment, we collaborate with you to tailor content, duration, and format to your neighbourhood’s unique challenges.
How can I become a Mountain Mover facilitator?
Email support@seasoncoop.com with subject “Mountain Mover Application.” Share your background, expertise, and availability. Approved applicants join our volunteer training cohort.
What venue or technology requirements are needed?
In-person: A safe, accessible space for 10+ participants
Online: Stable internet, camera/microphone for live interaction

How do you measure impact?
After delivery, we collect:
Participant feedback surveys
Key metrics (e.g. number of job placements, budgeting plans created)
Success stories for our quarterly community report
