This is a space for women who value community and accountability, a journey of strength, discipline, and becoming.
A holistic training experience designed to strengthen the body, educate the mind, uplift the spirit and nurture sustainable wellness.
Training Experience
■ 1-2 guided sessions per week
■ Strength training to build feminine power and resilience
■ Strong mobility and stretch sessions for stress release, core and joint health, and posture alignment.
■ Dance-Strong Aerobic sessions set to uplifting gospel vibes
■ Fitness and Wellness Education to include reproductive, pre- and post-menopausal health
■ Homework to include healthy habits integration and daily movement and mobility practices

SCHEDULE:
Monday and Friday: 7:30 - 8:30pm
We will move, sweat, grow, reset, and rise together.

Session Expiration
personal Training and workout sessions must be used within 4 weeks of purchase.
Physical assessments must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and shceudling changes will be accepted with 24 hours notice and must be re-scheduled within 7 days
Equipment and Facilities
Client to provide equipment, beginner just a yoga mat is sufficient to begin body work training and resistance bands would be useful, thereafter suggest to invest in 1 set of dumbbells and thereafter possibly a kettlebell.
Session Duration
Sessions are 45 to 60 mins (includes setup and wellness talk)
