Dr. Millicent M. Grim
Dr. Millicent graduated in Medicine as well as Ophthalmology from the Medical School of the University of Pretoria in South Africa, and has a Tropical Medicine & Hygiene Diploma from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. She was associate head of Department of Ophthalmology at The Pretoria Academic Hospitals and did numerous rural eye tours providing cataract and other surgical care in underserved regions.

After graduating from the faculty of Medicine Damascus university, Dr Rana started her ophthalmology training in 1993 . She received her Master’s Degree and postgraduate studies in ophthalmology and eye surgeries to be followed by a training course in American university of BEIRUT, Lebanon in 1997 then started working as Ophthalmologist in BEIRUT for 6 years before moving to Dubai in 2003 .

Juliana Van Niekerk
We would like to introduce our newest member of the Gulf Family Clinic Team. Juliana van Niekerk joins us with a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning a 17 year optometric career. She graduated from the first and renowned Optometry school in South Africa. From there she explored different optometry environments before settling at the high end luxury practice located on the High Street of Melrose Arch, the premier shopping destination in Johannesburg.
