I’m Coach Phillipah Tsuro, a certified life, wellness, and fitness coach, and founder of GoDynaFit, DanceFit, and PraiseFit. I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, manage stress, and restore balance. Through mindful movement, faith, and cycle-based living, I guide women toward a healthier, more empowered life.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve supported women across Africa and the Middle East to break free from burnout and build joyful, consistent wellness routines. My teaching style is compassionate, evidence-informed, and rooted in grace; you won’t find perfectionism here, just presence, practice, and progress.

Clients
Suitable for beginner and intermediate level for all ages 4 years old and up.
Facility
Client to provide access to facility, or equipment needed.
Cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling changes will be accepted with 24 hours notice and must be rescheduled within 7 days.
Session Expiry
Personal Training and workout classes must be used within 4 weeks of purchase.
Physical assessments must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Session Duration
Sessions are 45 to 60 mins (includes setup and wellness talk)

Equipment and Facilities
Client to provide equipment, beginner just a yoga mat is sufficient to begin body work training and resistance bands would be useful, thereafter suggest to invest in 1 set of dumbbells and thereafter possibly a kettlebell. If training in a gym, the client needs to ensure proper approvals are obtained for the trainer.
